Response to the report into insolvency in the Australian construction industry

On 3 December 2015, the Senate Economics References Committee tabled its final report into Insolvency in the Australian Construction Industry. The report makes 44 recommendations, with the aim of addressing the high rate of insolvency and culture of non-payment of subcontractors in the industry.

On 14 June 2017, the Parliament tabled the Government response to these recommendations.
