We invite feedback on draft amendments to the Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Rules 2020 to:
- expand the Consumer Data Right (CDR) to the non‑bank lending sector
- narrow the scope of CDR data for the banking sector.
The updated rules consider feedback from an earlier consultation. That consultation looked at draft rules for expanding to the non‑bank lending sector.
