Final terms of reference for the Quality of Advice Review were released on 11 March 2022.

Consistent with the terms of reference, this consultation seeks feedback on how the regulatory framework could better enable the provision of high quality, accessible and affordable financial advice for retail clients.

Submissions will assist the Reviewer in their preparation of a Final Report, as specified in the review’s terms of reference.
